Company called my wife who talked her into agreeing for a 21 day, "free trial" calling card. She called to cancel before the end of the "free trial" period ended. On July 12th, while balancing our checkbook with our bank statements, we noticed they have been billing us for ten months.
When we asked for a refund, we were only given one months of a refund. When we continued to call back for the remaining, we were told we had to write to W. Crenshaw St. But that there is nobody in that building, it is only a P.O. Box. Telemarketing Reps refused to give out the physical address of call center. We were also "hung up on" several times. Furthermore, there is "no phone number" for the "accounting dept", to get your money back.
I will definetly be contacting the persons (Tampa FBI, etc) given by the other victim.
