I ordered 2 e-cig batteries and 4 boxes of cartomizers and the product was shipped on 2/16. I paid for the 9-11 days shipping. Now, I've ordered from this company twice before this and had no problems getting my product.

However, this company doesn't like to respond to emails (I'm guessing if they're in english). I've emailed this company before because I've had 2 batteries that were bad in previous shipments. No answer. This time, with the order that was shipped on 2/16, it has been a little over 3 weeks now and my order has still not come in. I tracked the package with DHL services and the package has been in Bermuda for the past week because customs won't clear it for shipping.

I contacted e-cig.com using their "live support" and also submitting another email. Their "live support" told me that they are not responsible for the package once it leaves their country (China) and that I'm solely responsible for making sure the package gets through customs. What? Seriously??? Um, as far as I'm concerned, the company IS responsible for any product they sell to consumers until the product REACHES the consumer.

So what? I just spent $70 for nothing? When I explained this to the "live support", they disconnected the "live support" and I was unable to connect to anyone else.

These guys do VERY bad business! I do NOT recommend ordering any product whatsoever from this company!!
