In January of this year I went looking for a chair. I decided to look at what American Freight had in my consideration of chairs to purchase. I had went to other stores and was trying to narrow down the list while staying open to new options, or rather better options. A.J. Was the salesperson that greeted me when I walked through the door.
After looking for a bit, I had found a chair that interested me, A.J. Had been very helpful up to the point of payment. We could not afford to pay cash in full, and they do not have a credit program. A.J. Failed to state that we could put the item in layaway or give me the item number so that now in March I could locate the item if they did not have it available for them to order.
Due to this lack of information given by the salesperson, I was not able to obtain the item that I would have liked... Very shoddy salesmanship. They may have lower prices, but you really have to be on your A-GAME when it comes to everything there, including customer service.
