Delivered more item instantly after I particularly informed the salesperson that used to do not want the merchandise instantly delivered

I achieved them by telephone plus they stated these were sorry, the salesperson should have misunderstood me (yes, right)
Today I'm out the cash in my own banking account for all months while I deliver the merchandise back and delay to obtain the cash in my own consideration
