I've had sprint for almost five years now, during the last year I've had a very weak or no signal in my home (in the middle of Irvine, Ca.). I can name 6 places within 10 miles of my house where my signal drops out every time I drive by major streets.
It never bothered me until I dropped my phone and had it replaced by the equipment replacement program (with a "better phone" mine was not available since Febuary af this year OUCH the phone I received was terrible.; replaced, repaired, serviced and tested by sprint.
Wait Did I forget to say Every time I had a problem with the phone I had to take it to Garden Grove, Ca to stand in line for a Tech (-; to look at my phone which took from 30 min to 3 hours, why not buy a new phone you say. HELP
Long story short Sprint charged me $ 150.00 for staying with them for five years and to take my business to Dennis @ Verizon. Thanks Sprint
