Left propane empty tank and oil and trash left on my property

California paving and construction co, license number 912238 left a empty propane tank on a trailer license plate number cal se73869, used 5 gal oil bucket and garbage in my property on 02/29.
Left several messages and text messages and no response for cleanup.
