No credit issued as of yet. Horrible customer service. The woman I talked to Katelyn I think, would not submit a release authorization at the request of my bank, because, she said that she had been in this business for many years and she knew how banks operated. My money is on hold and she couldn't and wouldn't submit one form to my bank; she said everything was settled on her end and that was that. There were other people I talked to who were just as argumentative as she was. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a companies customer service. All I wanted to do was send flowers to a family friends funeral. What a freakin nightmare!!!
