My Jeep was stranded in the parking lot after I bought coffee inside of the Dunkin Donuts at LaGrange Road and 55th Stree in Countryside IL. While waiting for the tow truck, I needed to use the washroom and the lady behind the counter (I am saying lady to be nice... She in my eyes was no lady) refused to let me use her washroom. First she told me no that I could not use it. Then it was the toilet was out of service. What I would like to know is since she is there for 12 hours a day (as I over heard her tell other customers) what does she use to go to the washroom. This was completly unexcusable and I will NEVER go back to that location. This person has been rude to me before and I have let it go... But I cannot let this go. This happened on September 28th at aprox 8:30 pm and it looked like she was the only one there. I have shared this information with my friends as I dont want to see anyone else go through what I went through. Please remember... I was stranded...
