After my Jeep died in the parking lot at the Dunkin Donuts on LaGrange Road adn 55th street in Countryside I was waiting for the tow and I REALLY needed to use the washroom. The person would not let me use the washroom. First she said I could not use it and then she told me both toilets were out of order. I have had a problem with this worker before and stopped going there for quite a while but I thought maybe she was having a bad day. This location has a men's and a women's bathroom and I find it hard to believe neither one of them were working... How would SHE go to the washroom? Please remember I was completely stranded. This is unacceptable and I have already notified my friends. I will never go back to this location. The woman was working there on Sept. 28th at 8:00 pm and she appeared to be there by herself.
