Purchased a Barnes and Noble Gift Card on December 3 for 15.00 for a 25.00 gift card which I never received. I was giving them a 6-8 week delivery time frame which has since passed.
Also, on January 13 purchased a portable docking station from Online Gifts for 39.00 which I'm assuming that I won't be receiving either... They also asked for an 8-10 week delivery time frame.
I have tried on several occasions to contact them via phone and am left on hold for a length of time and then disconnected.
