My 13 year old got a mall gift card for christmas. We went to the mall the friday after christmas and she bought a shirt at wet seal. I was not with her when she bought it. We got home, she tried it on and it was to small so she gave it to me with the receipt and we went back sunday to exchange it for a bigger size. I told the gal behind the counter what we wanted to do. She said the tags had been cut off and the shirt smelled like it "has been smoked in" and their policy is the tags have to accompany the receipt. I asked if they told people what their return policy was when something was purchased and she gave me a dumb look. I ended up buying my daughter another shirt and at another store! We had only had the shirt for 2 days and my 13 year old does not smoke.
