Atlanta investors: beware of marquetta mcnair?!!!
To all my fellow Atlanta real estate investors, I just wanted you all to be aware and to beware of doing business with Marquetta McNair and her LLC, Integrity Management & Services LLC.
She is a property manager specializing in Section 8 rentals.
I was planning to use her property management services for a fixer upper/rental house I bought in Atlanta in 2009.
She made a plea for an advance of her initial finder's fee of $1,000 for a personal emergency. I agreed.
I did not end up renting my house to a Section 8 tenant so I did not end up using her services.
I repeatedly asked for my money back. She has been saying she would pay me back, but upto now 3 years later she has not paid me back a cent.
Just wanted y'all to be informed... Ain't no integrity in Integrity Management & Services LLC and Marquetta McNair!
