Ripoff non-delivery of goods

I bought 3 action figure display cases which with shipping cost $323.55 July 19. I've made numerous email and phone inquiries about when I will receive my goods or a full refund. Phone inquiries only cost you money. I believe it's voice mail only. Messages are never returned. Email inquiries will eventually be returned if you send enough.

Each time they write, they promise the goods I ordered or a full refund plus store credit within 1 week. They have yet to make good on that. It's been almost 1 year and all I've received are broken promises, no goods.
