I ordered a product online. I paid shipping, I even ordered one more shipment of the product—then I cancelled in June. Come August I get charged $79.99 and receive more of the product.
I called the phone number from the website I ordered and canceled from, which was Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals. They gave me the phone number to Eight Squared, which was disconnected. I called back to Berkeley and the insisted that I was not their customer. I got online to THEIR website and cancelled my order for THE SECOND TIME, which obviously shows I am a customer. I call a third time and tried to get a supervisor to only end up getting an employee who basically gave me the run with no answers.
I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureas as well as with my local customer protection agency. If anyone reads this and has since found a way to get their money back Any help is appreciated.
Do not order from these companies! They get a hold of your information and use it to steal your money!!!
