Many many years now of disputing and telling in writing do not contact me they pass to a fake law firm that is a collection agency pretending to be a lawyer as a pay up scare that sends out threats on letters designed to look like papers courts send people now after all these many do not contact me and i dispute this and do not owe it i get a so called settlement offer - what ever happened to all those do not contact me letters - guess they burn their mail instead of reading it
I do not owe them what they claim and their repeated ignoring fdcpa and fcra is just part of the junk debt scammers tricks when people tell you in writing i do not owe this and never contact me again - a settlement offer is a violation of fdcpa the fdcpa is what ftc says it is and not your book written by convicted felons that decide to use collection agency business as a way to extortion and get away with it - try reading the actual law and not what a convicted felon of a boss says it is
