Dec. 2003 I received a call and it was going to cost me $1.95 to try out this company. When I had an over-draft for $141.85, I contacted the bank and of course there was nothing that they could do. I have contacted U Talk every week since them and all the have done is give me the run around. They have told me that it has been flagged for refund.
Then on June the 16th 2004 they told me that a check had been issued and sent out on the 10th. Here it is the 30th of June and it still has not come. I called them again and she told me that she flagged the account for a refund. I told them that I would contact the attorney general. Which I am sending copies of everything I have and everyone I have talked to at U-Talk since Dec. 2003 including the person that originally called.
