Statewide windows came to my house after I went to target to go shopping and said free estimates for windows well I bought my child hood home and wanted to keep it looking nice and my father had just passed so i really wanted to keep it looking good cause that is what he would have loved to see and then I get windows done and not only did they not know what they where doing but they ripped out all my windows at the same time during winter, messed them up and gave me no choice but to replace the windows or I would be left with a windowless house.
HAHA mind you I had 3 children small children 1 of my children being 2 years old freezing because of what they did. I could not live with no windows. From all the we are certified, licensed, Bonded, and insured mumbo jumbo I felt safe, But I would have thought that you don't rip out every single window tell you no what's going on cause the measurements on the windows were all wrong every single window was 5 inches off!!! WHAT!
Now I have no windows to put in there place and they would not fix there mistakes that they clearly did cause they did all of the measuring them selves. They had a man come to my house and sat me down told me that they can place the wrong windows in or they can leave doing nothing! Nothing mint leaving my house wide open in the dead of winter with nothing no windows nothing. I still get very sad about this because I used the money my father had passed on to me from his passing away and did what I thought I had to do and that was to get the wrong window placed in my home.
It as been and will always be a sad day when I look at these window the memory and the pain will never go away and the reason why I say this now is because, I need my warranty and it's no good cause they have closed there business and changed there name so many times, I've only had my windows a year when they changed the name to penguin windows. Its over for my windows the ordeal will never be.
