Go Florist.com, also known as 11flowers and "The Flower Shop" is a scam! I placed an order before Valentine's day, my debit card was charged immediately, however the order was never delivered. On top of that, thsi is not a real company, but a message center that only takes messages and supposedly sends the message to the flower shop, therefore I could not check the status of my order, ask any questions or talk to someone directly to cancel the order. After leaving multpiple messages with this "message center". I did not get a return phone call. Additionally, each representative at the fraudulent message center, provided completely different information. Do Not order from this website, as they are a complete scam. Additional the people at the message center were rude and not helpful. Do not use this company and please report them at every chance you get.
