In the year of 2000 i purchased a double breasted skirt set from lew magram for $98. The outfit was too small, so i sent it back & requested a larger size.
I never got the requested outfit and never heard from the catalog. So, i assumed they were out of my size and just credited the amount back to my account with capitol one. Capitol one sent me bills which i refused to pay because i knew i had sent the outfit back.
I told capitol one i didn't owe them for the outfit, but for a gas purchase of $10. I have been turned over to a collection agency because of rip off by a consumer.
I was browsing through the internet to see if i could find an address for lew magram, that's when i stumbled across the rip off report from the female that was rip off with the animal print coat!
I think this is utterly ridiculous, if i owe a debt i don't mind paying, but not at the expense of someone else! We all must remember one day we will stand before a righteous judge.
Woe unto lew magram! Repent! Repent! Repent! If a law suit is in process please notify me. Thanks!
