Angry customer service representant yelled at me

I had a bad experience when calling the number on the back of my Macy card (1-866-593-2543) with an associate called Michael Foley who was disrespectful and started yelling at me, he denied to hand over the superviser. I called the customer service at 10:05 AM on 03/03 to have someone explain numbers on my Macys account. I have not been treated like this by any other person ever. I'm very disappointed.
