Ripoff cheated me out of money, double brokering, liars and thieves

I was searching for another company to work for when Gary Durm askied me to work for him. At first I thought this is a new company so I gave them a try.

I faxed everything over to him as I was supposed to. I then told him I needed to be paid $1300 a week and I would cover the expenses of MY office. He said that he is not even making that and that I wouldn't get hired unless I took $500 a week. The owner of the truck shows up in Joplin and gives me a $2000.00 advance to get started.
I should have known that this would be the only money I would get from him.

I set all of MY customers up with them and even brought a few more on-board. I started to broker freight under their authority. At first it was going smooth... Then the following week things started going south.

We lost our main phone and I called him from my cell phone... Which was Pre-paid and it costs 45 cents a minute to talk, and I asked for money to pay the phone bill. He told me that I needed to move more freight... I said I have enough moving right now and that there wasn't any more until next week.

He then told me to go to other brokers take their freight and broker it out. This is double brokering and is unethical... But he does it everyday. Then when one of the load boards came due I had to pay out of my own pocket, he said he wasn't responsiable for it.

Then I told him I can't live on nothing so he then gave me a $250 comcheck to help out. I asked for the rest of my paycheck and he then said He couldn't get a hold of the owner who just happens to drive one of the trucks.
I waited and waited and then I faxed a letter over to him.
Then I faxed an invoice over to him and told him this is how much he owes us.

Last time I had any contact with him was in March... He will not return any calls.

Truckers beware... This guy will have a load for you but it is double or even tripled brokered. Then he won't pay you on time. He will work you like a dog and expect you to work for free. Gary Durm and His son John... Along with his wife (I forget her name) are liars and crooks.

Stephen B Young is a crook too. He is the owner and you can never get a hold of him to answer any questions.
