I was contacted by Doug Mann from Federal Business Partners, Inc. About buying an ad in their Buyers Guide for the federal government which he agreed to sell to my company at a reduced price of $499.00. He asked me to fill out the information on their advertising contract and fax back to them. I had to finish my CCR registration with the federal government which I did. They did send me several proof of my ad listing and we made a few changes back and forth but never saw the final ad and that was over 2 months ago. Now I keep getting offers from other companies trying to sell me the listings for government work in my zone. I have tried to contact Federal business partners inc but noone has returned my calls. I feel that my fee should be refunded in full.
