Ironically, once I filed this report last week, I received a call from Timeshares by Owners to inform me that someone was interested in renting my studio condo for the week of February 17 through 23. Well, 'allowing a benefit of doubt', I called Melia Cancun (with whom I have a timeshare) and, of course, there were no available units at this late date. As I was given a contact email of the party who had inquired about my condo, I sent the party an email to offer my unit for sale, which was undeliverable.
Very interesting that I never heard from Timeshares by Owner until I filed this report.
