Ron pringle refusual to pay for work completed

I William Cole completed a job at 65 Pointe North Dr in Cartersville, GA for Phoenix Restorations (Ron Pringle) on January 28 he promised payment upon completion but has yet to pay. Mr Pringle keeps claiming that the reson for non payment is problems with insurance company. It has been 8 days since job was completed and still no idea when or if i will be paid he owes me $1200.
