So PRIOR to even viewing there properties I called to confirm what there rental applicant guidelines are... After hearing the requirements I decided to view a property... Fell in love with it and went in with my co-applicant and Paid the $60 in CASH they required to process our application. First off they said it would take 2-3 days to let us know the answer WE had to call them and got the "privilege" to speak to Elisa who first off has the WORST accent AND attitude and should not be allowed anywhere NEAR customers or a phone for that matter! She doesn't LISTEN whatsoever LOVES to have conversations with other ppl in the office while you are on the phone SPEAKING to her... And likes to cutt you off and give you BS answers! We requested to file a complaint with the owner via email or maybe leave a msg. For HIM to call us back at his earliest convenience and they refused to do either.
Needless to say we were denied rental of the property we wanted due to a BS answer that stated we didn't fall into there guidelines when we in fact did according to what Sean stated to us over the phone prior to us applying! This company is CLEARLY a rip off stealing $ from potential clients that is required to be paid in CASH and who knows if they even DO in fact check everything they state they do. Seeing as we were refused to speak to anyone with any type of common sense or any type of management we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so they can know that this company is fraudulent. Unfortunately we are unaware if Mr. Jenkins knows anything about his HORRIBLY trained (in Customer Service) employee's or if he in fact just doesn't care.
I have rented with Mabry Management in the past and I have to say they are off the charts when it comes to Customer Service, Maintenance calls, and when I asked to speak with Mr. Mabry I in fact was granted my request! Places like Jenkins NEED to be shut down!!! Do NOT I repeat DO NOT waste your time on this BS company unless you literally like to THROW $ away! And if you don't believe me... Yelp them... EVERY SINGLE review left for that company is bad and they are all complaining of the same issues we went thru.
