As I see now I am not alone when it comes to not getting what was promised to by Nationwide Security Solutions.in my case I think the Sales Rep did all that he was asked and have no issues with his misrepresentation. My issues come with the fact the service has not worked properly since it was installed and has caused me nothing but time and money. I own a small local retail business in Seattle WA and soon after the install we kept getting service errors and false alarms. (for those that don't know when this happens you get a call at night no matter what the time). After a few months of deal with this I finally requested the service be looked at. At which point I was told there would be another charge. After much debating they finally agreed to charge only half. (I still paid for some even though it was an issue from the start).

The day after the issue was supposedly fixed I got calls in the middle of the night saying the same issues were happening. They then agreed to send out a tech at no charge this time. (how nice of them!). The following day it happened again. At this time I finally asked to speak to people who could make decision about the account (was my first attempt to leave the company for due to its failure to perform). I was refused that option but told they would send there "head tech" out and after that visit they would make a decision. Of course they couldn't send him out for almost a week so I went without a proper service that entire time and still received several calls about service failures on the alarm system. This was suppose to happen at 2:00 PM on Wed July 31st. After company "car issues" "cell phone issues" "oversleeping" ect they finally showed up at my store on Thursday feb 1st at 12:30. The guy that came (Matt Reanier, Director of Technical Operation) inspected the system and found several errors that were done on installation. One of them being the siren alarm was turned off and had been since set up. Well guess what. At 1:40 AM I got a call from there monitoring company that we had more issues. The same ones that were supposedly fixed for the third time. When

I called today and after 30 min on phone they said there could not help me at this time and would have to call me back later today and might not have a "solution" to me until next week. Do they know they are a security company? On a couple side notes I learned the owner is Jason Cane who happened to call the Matt to talk about the up comping company retreat while he was at my business. Since he was on the line I took the opportunity to ask to have him call me. He told Matt he would and I have yet to get that call. On another side note if you go to www.nobackend.com you will find there recruiting and the top quote is from the same guy who came out to my business (Matt Reanier) His quote on that site reads "Why Nationwide? Because it really is the best company I've ever worked for and I get out it exactly what I put in... No gimmicks and no broken promises or expectations, and the track record for amazing growth year after year. Like I said, last place I'll ever work. I've found a home". What is so ironic about this is in my conversation with him he admitted the the problems the company is having and actually has what I feel are solutions. Which is they don't have enough well trained service people. As sales quoted the owner Jason Cane saying "this is a sales company".

In my eyes this is where the real problems lie. I think they are a service company. If the service systems and staffing were really in place they would not have issues like I have been having. On a final note is also informed me because of this we was leaving company. The sad part is this is actually a good guy who if I knew he was the guy I could always depend on I would feel comfortable about staying with Nationwide. So not only is Nationwide losing good customers more importantly they are losing some great employees like I thought Matt was. What this means for consumers is more and more issues because they don't have the staffing to take care of customers needs. So all I say is do your homework first before you are in a situation like I am where they won't release me from the contract but I still can't get my service fixed.
