We have discussed the slanderous attack on U.S. Animal Protection and realized the only way to combat this is to respond directly on the platform. The person committing these crimes against USAP is Lenonora Lowery who has harassed U.S. Animal Protection for many years. She has gone on to write whatever she pleases truth or not it doesn't matter to her.
We have been accused of selling animals, torture of animals, and fraud among any other imaginations she can come up with. Lowery came to USAP founder Dawn Taylor Bechtold to ask for 10,000 dollars when she was turned down she commented "You will regret this for the rest of your life" Lowery has stopped and nothing to ruin twenty years of work for animals. Weather it be stopping large rescue operations by calling shelters or calling and harassing those involved in transport of animals to slandering the company we own that helps fund these rescues.
Lowery has two helpers in her slanderous attack, Nancy Green and Sue Bryant whom are her only loyal followers. Many years ago a woman that harassed us at USAP who worked for a man that had been arrested for cruelty attacked our organization will become involved in this attack. Lowery will write for Bryant as if she is the person posting although unfortunately Bryant is illiterate and can barely read or write.
The truth is none of what she says is the truth. The founder, myself Dawn Taylor Bechtold has also had my personal separation posted all over the internet which has nothing to do with twenty years I have dedicated to animals. Lowery is obsessed and it's very clear to see. All Lowery thinks about is her obsession with myself and my organization.
Below are the facts and the facts alone we wish to clear up any misconception of who we are and what united states animal protection is about. I am available to any media outlet for interview and having nothing to hide. Because of the slander and harassment we have been unable to sell jobs which fund animal rescue or to rescue animals.
We have relocated to California and we are in the process of working with law enforcement as death threats continue to come in on the Face Book page from the last attack by Lowery and her counterpart Green. If you have been part of this we will warn you, California has the strictest laws in the land in regards to harassment via internet and we no longer have to beg law enforcement to help. We have all the help we need in regards to law enforcement in California. Attacks on companies and organizations that destroy are illegal and are considered a felony in this great state.

1 sells animal to laboratories - I have never sold animals and there is not a thread of documentation to support this. The animals the claim I was selling were the Robeson county NC shelters animals. This is the same shelters we worked with Governor Perdue on and there is no truth to the claims Lowery and Green make. The 150 animals that were to be rescued were all but likely killed by heartstick.

3 been busted for drugs I have never been busted for drugs and am the founder of the group "Expose Pharmaceutical Fraud"
4 not a 501c3 - I incorporated but am not a non profit and have funded rescues to the excess of hundreds of thousands of dollars of my own personal money.
5 uses aliaes I have never used aliases. My name has been the same all of my life and the only other name I go by is Bechtold which is my soon to be x husbands name.
6 is a con and fraud I have never committed fraud or conned anyone and there is nothing to substantiate these ridiculous accusations. I have been unable to make money with my new company as these two have continued to write so many slanderous post we were unable to sell jobs. This is a crime. We have now overextended our company and will be forced to close. We ran a very successful company Remodel America which shut down after an employee used our credit line for his jobs.
