This is a animal kennel. It is suppose to be a rescue. There is disease, to both humans and animals going on there and animals are being abused. There is also a health hazard with the waste from the animals. It needs to be shut down and the towns are being pad off so no one will help shut them down. We have contacted animal control, animal officers, Jackson police department and no one will help.
