Eli Ben Dahan Owner Of Century 1 Van Lines Of Lexington, NC delays shipment of household for 7 months despite of receiving payment of full due balance ripoff moving company pittiless businessman untrustworthy

I am reporting a mostly frustrating and disappointing experience that I had with Eli Ben Dahan owner of Century 1 Van Lines of Lexington, NC, a company registered with the Department of Transportation (DOT #: 1016053).

Even though the above company signed contract to transport my household from US to Europe in November 7 months later (June), the delivery has not completed yet.

Eli Ben Dahan received p of the agreed shipment fee on the pickup day, and received the remaining 0 in December (he demanded it in order to complete the transportation).in March a different company based in Florida, informed me that they held my goods, but Eli Ben Dahan was denying paying them his dues.

I talked with Eli Ben Dahan tens of times, and even though he promised to pay his outstanding balance to the intermediate company, he never actually did. Finally, he sent them a check, which bounced back.

Eli Ben Dahan is a pittiless businessman, a mostly untrustworthy person I could ever imagine. He holds my household undelivered, essentially holding back my life for 7 entire months. His contract was agreeing on delivery within 21 days. If you want peace of mind, avoid any deal with this person.
