They are charging new customer extra $10 a sim card even if you DO NOT have one to begin with. Confirmed with multiple rogers billing, and even Managers at Rogers corporation, no fee for this. However AMCALL insist it is for a new sim fee from rogers, they cant do anything.
I even confirmed with other authorized reseller, no such fee. So probably only amcall is doing it for long time to unsuspecting customer. Even the employees dont even know it. They dont believe what I told them that this sim card is free of charge, so they even think that im lying. I I have them to call roger's corporation phone, but they dont want to do it. However, that's what their upper level person told employees to do, so they must do it, or they dont even know something wrong about it.
