I Bought a Calling card from this company online. The Online App issued a Access Number and a PIN. But When I dialed those numbers I get a message that says "this account is not active-Goodbye". My Credit Card is already billed. I contacted customer support about this situation by email. They replied saying that i need to send them a Photocopy of my credit card to make the service Active. This was not mentioned in the terms and conditions that were mentioned online when I purchased the Calling Card. The Company wont return phone calls, wont reply emails now. I had no option but to file a complaint with the Florida BBB. Consumer Advocates, What are my options now to get the service I paid for or to get my money back.?
