I notice on my bill two accounts.

That i wanted my payments split on the two accounts.

They told me i had to call them each month and tell them that i wanted payment split.

They gave me a closed 800 number 1-800-882-9600. I called back and talked to a supervisor.

She informed me all i had to do was write on statement to split the payment so far all my payments go onto account one (thier account) and what ever the intrest is on the second account is what is paid so far the second account gets higher each month, it barely goes down.

In july the balance on account one was $439.60 it's now $256.68 account two was $222.24 it's now $210.23, total paid on account $12.01.

If possible don't get involved with this company. They don't give good customer service they even want you to pay for the phone call when you have a problem.
