If they screw up your order or you are unhappy with it and you complain you get a 20% discount on already overinflated prices not a 100% money back guarantee or redelivery of the correct flowers like their website says. For what I spent I could have gotten an amazing floral arrangement but florestexpress.net scams Flower presentation was pathetic. Ordered an arrangement of roses, alstoemeria and lilies and got daisies, lilies in bud form and roses barely open.
