Steven Curtis Presson came to my home after a damaging hail storm and claimed to be a representative of Assurance Roofing Company. He signed a "contract" took my check and I never saw him again. My check was cashed by David Jastrzembski and he called me to set up an appointment to replace my roof and gutters. He never showed up although he did call me several times with excuses as to why he didn't. This went on for 3 weeks.
During that time I did the research I should have done before I gave them over $2,000 and found out that David was on probation in Indiana and had open legal cases against him in Wisconsin and Missori. These men are traveling scam artists and need to be stopped. They both have warrents out for them and although I will probably never see my $ again, it would give me satisfaction to know that they are in jail!
