We bought a white budgie from this store only a few weeks ago and he was missing a few feathers but didn't think much of it, as several of the birds there all had this. The store said they were just molting. With in a week he was scratching so bad he had almost lost half his feathers. It was getting worse so we called the pet store for advise and they said to bring him in. Some guy sales person think (Cris) told us to buy this medications and went and got it. It continued to get worse so we took him to the vets and they said he was very ill with worms mites and some other bird infection. I wish we would of just taken him to the vets the first time over the pet store but they ensured us he would be fine. He died because of us taking advise from this store and because they sold us a sick bird to start with. Our children have cried over the loss of there pet, and this little bird has cost us hundreds of collars because of the stores neglect.
