I bought the hosting service from FatCow.com with the intention if it does not fit me I would return it, it says on their website "money back guarantee, " but that was not true because after I bought the service I discovered that what they offer is not what I'm looking for, so the very same day I tried to cancel it, they said they have to charge me 15% penalty, they said you should read the fine print, but the problem is you can't read or know anything unless you buy the service first, this is how they got me. Same thing happened with me when I changed the company to Ipage but it turned out, they are the same company.
