I purchased web hosting with a guarenteed up time. I purchased the hosting in July.
From July until February I have 10 support tickets several of which were reopened 2 and 3 times. These 10 tickets do not include any times that I contacted support via the live chat console which numbered over 15 times. All of the tickets were because my site was down and unable to load.
I moved my site to a different hosting company and asked for my refund. Two weeks later and still no refund.
