I ordered 2 pairs of slippers from this company on November 9 over the internet! Foolishly I expected them by Christmas. They responded to my email with "your account will be charged when the items are shipped".
My account was charged on Dec. 14th and I have not recieved the slippers. They have not responded to my inquiring emails. I am furious to finally read here where others have been taken the same way I was! What can we do now?
