Any one considering using the IRS-IMF FOE services of David L. Miner BEWARE! You will be charged $1800.00 and there is no known person who his services has helped remove one's self from the IRS collection efforts. When you ask him to identify anyone who has benefitted from his services, he refuses to divulge a single person.
Consider this: His address is a UPS Store Mail box. There is no office of "suites"; and his phone is a internet "VOI" computer. He has no business license and is not registered with the Florida Secertary of State. He has a "Business Trust" account from who knows where... To take payment... Which he states you can not get a refund even if you have discovered it is all a pointless scam.
He has ripped off countless men and women while claiming he only interpets the findings... That is not saying there is anything you can do with the information once he issues his final report and opinion.
