I am writing to express my opinion of David Hess-C.P.A. Of Pittsburgh, Pa. Beware of this fox in sheeps clothing. He used very deceitful tactics and put my mother and I in a trust fund without explaining the infinite details. He was a family friend whom my mom trusted. He pays himself from this trust, cuts my income and refuses to pay my taxes because he cant take hearing the truth. He also refused to pay for my necessary surgeries which the trust clearly states that was the trusts responsibility. I have consulted with 3 attorneys and they have all stated his actions were wrong. The person who wrote the trust should have explained everything involved as should have David The trustee. David admits to no wrongdoing but states because he is a catholic whom is going to heaven. He does not care about feelings but a paycheck. That is why he created this trust for his own benefit. Because it is an irrevocable trust (something I would never recommend) and the fact my mom is dead I am stuck with something my mom nor I ever wanted. I would stay clear of him at all costs because all you will have in the end is aggravation.
