I went to Steve Soloman a supposed expert lawyer in bankrupcy law. I told him my company was in trouble. He said at the right time it was essential I do a proper liquidation and I should come to him and he would help me. When it was time I went to him and he suggested I hire a Larry Schantz to represent me, Larry would hire their friend Phil Von Kahle who worked for Michel Moecker & assoc. Who would be the assignee and Mr. Soloman would represent Phil so everyone involved would be friends and working for my best interests. I did as he suggested. I hired Larry Schantz who ntold me they all worked together reguarly and I could be sure things would go my way.
Michael Moecker & associates was hired to act as the assignee for my companies liquidation. I thought loosing my business was the worst thing that had happened to me till I hired them and they made it worse. They failed to monitor the bank accounts allowing charges that should not have been. They failed to attempt to collect the accounts receivable. They sold off the buildings CCTV system, failed to maintain the alarm system and then invited in scrap metal people to cut and remove steel beams and railings they had no right to. Coincidentally just after the scrap metal people came, the alarm stopped working and scrap metal people broke in several times stealing A/C units, wiring and destroying the inside of the building. This hurt the value of the building that was an asset of the company. They also refused with no reason even though I continually asked to allow the building to be listed for sale, loosing 5 months of possible sales and accruing 5 montyhs of costs.in selling the assets of the company they did not even bother using free websites that I gave them that would have alerted every likely buyer of our equipment of the sale. They got angry at me for asking them to do their job.
I have now come to believe Mr. Soloman suggested I hire Mr. Schantz to represent me because acting as the assignees attorney Mr. Soloman's firm would make more then representing me. I do not believe that what I was told by Mr. Soloman that they would all work for my benefit was even close to truthful, I believe they work to get the maximum fees they can from their clients and don't care about the clients or the protection of their assets.
