This company Wellsberry Floral/Florists is a very unresponsible and unprofessional organization. Bottomline if you pay for a service to be performed and it. Is not carried out on a specific date and. Then the company "decides" to do what they please without conracting the customer I truly believe a refund or partial refund should be made to take care of their negligence etc! I paid thru Visa check card already so they have my money but I have no satisfaction in my attempts to collect because they already have their "Guidelines" making it Impossible to get satisfaction for what was. Paid for!!! Please Help us!
