AWAYIRS.com, 888 Away Irs Promised website for shopping for Americans with disabilities, tax refund and credits, tax prep. Promise everything, deliver nothing, charge thousands

I heard about NADN on the radio. Joe Graziano (sp) guaranteed that after a review of my taxes I would get a return of the $810.95 membership through deductions I missed for the last 3 years.

I had to call them numerous times to learn that no additonal deductions had been found. How ironic that when I signed up they were so sure that I had been so unknowledgeable when filing my taxes, but ultimately little ole me had been amazingly brilliant! I had 4/5 "account managers" between Dec and Jan. After reading the Oryan Management contract I sent it to my lawyer, who said signing it would be the second worse decision I would make (the first was signing up with NADN, in the first place).

So, I didn't sign. I contacted Oryan to tell them I would not be signing the contract and I wanted my $2695.00 reimbursed to my credit card company. Bryan Ross said I would have to contact NADN and the $2695.00 was not refundable. I contacted NADN and told Bob Cooper that I would not sign the mall4all website and I expected a refund of the amount charded to my credit card. He got so verbally abusive that I just hung up.

The majority of the people I spoke with at NADN were abusive. I had to hang up on most of them. I'm sure this sounds very familiar to most of the people who write reports on NADN/ORYAN. If you don't hang up you find yourself being suckered into another "business". It's not that people are necessarily greedy. We're just trying to find a venture we can operate out of our homes, while we maintain our family, home, work schedule, homework, etc. And operate a profitable business at the same time.

Ultimately, I still owe Bank of America $2695.00, have disputed these charges twice, have filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of Nevada, and have contacted the Nevada Attorney General. NADN did not do my taxes, but I do wonder about having my tax records in the hands of such a shady group. Oryan and NADN are so unethical I can't think of another scheme that comes close to being so illegal and harmful to humanity.

Well, maybe the mafia, and perhaps I've just hit the nail on the head! How can federal, state and city governments, and agencies, allow this company to continue functioning? Why is the federal government not filing a class action lawsuit against these companies, on our behalf? I want my money back, all of it, with interest and damages!
