Bad service, bad manage

I went to Fantastic Sams before Thanksgiving for a hair color, haircut and keratin treatment. I had to get a re-do of my color because my grays weren't covered. I followed the instructions for the keratin treatment step by step. After the initial wash, I knew it didn't work. I called the manager, Amanda, and she said there were two of us who had problems with the product. She said she'd call me back regarding a refund or a re-do. 2 weeks later, no word, and she did not return my calls. Then I get a call from my hairstylist, Takeia, and books another appointment. I get there and I was told I'd have to come back another day because the lady before me wanted her hair redone the same day she had it done. I was told they would try another product, California smooth, next time I come in. I did my research about California Smooths, and come to find out, many people weren't pleased with it. So I called the manager back, and told her I just wanted a refund and nothing else done to my hair... No more products. This time she was aggressive and flat out said she wasn't going to give me a refund and although I said no more products for my hair, she said that that was the only way she can "fix the problem" and went on to blame me for the product failing the first time. She also said "I don't know what kind of research you did... Or where you looked, but our product is 100% guaranteed." So if it's 100% guaranteed, why did it fail, why won't she give my money back and why did she keep avoiding me the first time? At the end of the conversation I felt like I was arguing with my teenage daughter. I finally said, "with all due respect, let me speak to the owner." She said, fine, but she's not going to be as nice as I am. So not only did she insult me, but she also insulted the owner. Where is the professionalism? This manager is obviously too young and not experienced to handle any situation in a so-called professional environment. It's been a week now and I still haven't heard from the owner of Fantastic Sams in Lake Worth, TX. Bottom line, I was screwed out of over $200 that I could've spent somewhere else.
