Im Glad I left the Intuitive Group which is a joke! Everyone in there is brainwashed.in my short time of being there I was constantly pulled into the presidents office (Matt Silleno) to have "conversations" about things that felt like high school and he was the principle." you can't do this, you cant look like that, you cant dress like this, you need to fix your attitude etc." I'm sure from confidential things I spoke to some "leaders" about in the company which would get back to matt, as well as how his company operates, they get together behind closed doors and talk about everyone else behind there backs. The politics that play into this management training program are crazy. You will only get promoted, or have a chance to if you kiss Matts ass and lie like he does. I was not willing to do that or continue working for a company that preaches integrity, do the right things when no one is looking etc... Yet the president and so called leaders break the rules all the time then scold others and try to break there spirits every day, the most hypocritical things I've ever seen.
Don't get me started on 2 characters I got to know in that office whose names I will gladly throw in her... Fred and Lina, if you see them or go out in the field with them be careful. You could get shot by a customer going out in the field with this liar Frederick Hirsch, and this management training program as well as all the other ones say that someone will be able to come in and make it to management in 6-12 months. Matt has only promoted one person in 3 years and This girl Lina has been there for 4-5 years (going door to door pissing off customers) is there something wrong with this picture? I went on my 2nd round with one of these 2 individuals and thought something was fishy with how they conducted themselves. Matt is such a good talker and deceptive guy that I didnt go with my gut feeling and not take the position, instead wasted valuable time with this company.
If you want to be stressed out, Belittled everyday, and if your a female (sexually harassed with texts and picture mails from the president) Constant pressure to sell to customers every single day by any means necessary even if they don't need what your selling, have to work with individuals who are 2 faced and will smile in your face and act like there your friend but really they are not and have alterior motives, want to be around fake people who act like a cult this is for you. Even if you decide to take this position, watch out for any of the signs I mentioned above and then run as fast as you can when you see one. I repeat The Intuitive Group is a joke.
