GZ BESTCRYSTALCLOCK NET S&T CO., LTD Defrauded, sent fake Uggs, Can't get money back

I ordered a pair of Ugg boots from http://www.uggsoutletstores-sale.com/. The website claims they are all genuine Uggs. They charged me more for them than the invoice indicated. They came and the boots were fake. The website says 100% guarantee and they will not give me my money back or tell me how to return the fake, defective boots.
