Visamasterpay.com took the money, did not send any tracking, will not answer any emails from any website address given

I was ripped off by Cheap Uggs or Boots for Sale that took the money and do not respond to emails and the phone numbers you are given to call for "customer service" do not work.
These websites are associated with Cheap Uggs - Boots for Sale: visamasterpay, gove2pay, and usatopay and should not be trusted.
