I've used on-line companies and purchases for over 20yrs, and have just run into my second (been lucky, I guess) company that is apparently not dealing straight.
I used this company for an Overstock.com coupon right before Christmas... And redeemed it with no problem. The same deal came around and I bought it again ($15 for a $25 off @ Overstock.com). This time, the link they sent me is invalid. And then, as others here have reported, I tried to call them, twice. Both times, their answering msg goes directly (without hesitation... A red flag to me) to a an automated "circular msg of... Your call is important to us...", where you spend 4-5mins of this repeating msg, only to be finally told, "There is no operator available, please leave a msg and we'll call you back." LOL, it is clearly contrived. I'm a Customer Service professional for over 25yrs, and this isn't normal... And stinks to high heaven.
At $15 a pop, these people will be wealthy in a heartbeat (probably already are) and won't care if they just... Disappear.
Stay away. While they may be legit (I'm being fair here), they certainly aren't ready for prime time internet business.
