I purchased a SaveMore discount coupon for Subway sandwiches. I never received the discount card which was to be mailed to me. The SaveMore website says that I have redeemed the coupon. Over many weeks I have tried repeatedly to contact them through their posted customer support phone number. I always get only a phone message initially saying the agents are busy, stay on the lone, and then saying to leave a message, which I do. I have never received any response.
