The coach factory store outlet online i made a purchase at the beginning of Dec a day later they took the money from my account and the next day they said it was shipped and then they sent another email saying it was out of stock but I could make another order but it also stated that since it was out of stock I would be fully refunded. On Dec17 i received an email saying that I had been refunded well it is Jan6 and I still haven't been refunded I send emails to this company daily and they ignore me they finally emailed a few days ago saying they have already refunded me I check my account daily and before I responded to them that day I called my bank to check on transactions and the only one was them taking my money no refund the initial cost was $76.99 they charged my account $80.10 so, I emailed again once I verified my information I need the bbb and lawyers to shut this company down because they are taking advantage of innocent people and its not fair my money is important and so should their jobs I feel these people should not have a business. I just want justice for myself and others affected by these horrible people, if someonecan assist me with this matter I would greatly appreciate it. I am very disappointed that these things happen and they don't have a conscience it is apparently not a legit company because they could look in their files and see that refunds havent been sent or for that matter other peoples orders. Very saddened by this
